collaboration of more than 20 Monterey
County vintners and winery principals,
under the direction of the Monterey
County Vintners and Growers Association
(MCVGA), will showcase their award-winning
wines in Sacramento.
WHAT: The Monterey
County Vintners and Growers Association
(MCVGA) is pleased to announce a collaboration
of more than 20 brands from Monterey
County in a wine showcase that will
touch down in Sacramento for the 5th
Annual Monterey Wine Country Spring
Tour. The wine tour is targeted to media,
trade and consumers alike. Winemakers
and winery principals will be on hand
to represent their wines. A portion
of the proceeds from the tour will benefit
regional scholarship funds for students
seeking higher education in the hospitality
industry.
WHEN: Thursday, March
29th
2-5 p.m., media and trade only
6-9 p.m., consumer tasting, $45 per
person
